Amy Treece Stone was born in Memphis, Tennessee in July 1969, the year that man walked on the moon. Mrs. Stone is an award-winning artist with numerous printed pieces and is a graduate of Memphis College of Art located in Memphis, Tennessee, BFA 1994.
She enjoys creating in several different mediums. Among the most popular are her “Movable” Heirloom-Murals on Wood, her Window Paintings, and her Kaleidoscopes made from either mosaic china pieces, stained glass, wood or fired clay. Amy does custom murals, faux finishing, original painting, pottery & clayworking, pastel, metalwork and woodwork. Additionally, Mrs. Stone enjoys interior decorating and landscape design.
Amy enjoys the outdoor sports of scuba diving, wakeboarding, fishing, horseback riding and jogging, and the indoor sports of reading, shopping and spending time with her loving husband, Brent. Amy and Brent happily share their lives with their two daughters, Summer and Savannah and son, Rhett Walker Stone. They are all truly precious little gifts from God.
Amy has been creating art since she began walking and intends to continue until they nail shut her faux-finished coffin. She currently resides in Northwest Mississippi.
